The Bulls Head, Meriden
This large 17th century coach inn, perfectly nestled in the picturesque village of Meriden, is steeped in history and boasts all the characteristics you would expect from a grade II listed building. JMDA were tasked by M&B to rejuvenate this premium pub, whilst being mindful of its inherent charm and traditional features.
JMDA approached the design for the Bull’s Head by focusing on an autumnal palette that would project a warm, cosy and welcoming feel to this spacious pub.
Earthy green and grey tones were elegantly paired with bespoke yellow furniture and sumptuous orange velvets, finished off with brassy lighting and statement bric-a-brac which reflects the rustic feel M&B wanted to achieve. A cosy pub setting was continued in both the restaurant and bar areas, creating an accessible and relaxed space to both diners and drinkers.
