King William IV, Chigwell

The site located upon a high street in Essex enabled the design team to push the boundaries and explore new avenues for Premium Country Pub dining.

Relocating and extending the bar area meant the client could benefit from an increase in trade. Poseur height tables with champagne holders and opulent bar stools accommodated the drinking trade, whilst fully upholstered small tubs chairs created protection and comfort for diners. The covered dining area to the rear of the garden hit the trend ‘outside in’ with careful selection of fabrics, fittings and external heaters. Artwork and fabric choices were carefully considered through research of the current guest profile.
