Situated in Eyemouth on the outskirts of the Berwickshire coastline, nestled in verdant private gardens lies this beautiful traditional Victorian building. The privately owned property has the primary function of a wedding venue with lavish accommodation. JMDA were invited to make a bold and refreshing statement whilst complementing the ornate traditional elements, of which there are plenty.

JMDA were tasked with enhancing the first floor areas to ensure a stylish and functional space. The original drawing room, is now a lounge / bar featuring a glitzy contemporary servery set against relaxing ashy-rose colours. The dining room, painted in one devilishly dark green contrasted with a feature metallic ceiling paper, is home to a stunning 20 seater table. Old storage rooms were overhauled to create the Restrooms with the most enviable Instagram backdrops. Mossy green tiles clad the walls, complimenting the bold wallpaper and elegant vanity unit
