Situated in Sandown, Whitbread's latest Cookhouse & Pub/Premier Inn concept fronts directly onto the beach offering diners stunning views across the beach resort and sea beyond. JMDA have skilfully designed the interior layout to maximize the open sea views with booth and fixed seating angled to take advantage of the sites full height windows.

The internal feel is light bright and airy with cosy corners zoned within the bar area around the log burning fire. The new concept aims to be a home away from home catering for large groups, business folk, tourists and the residents of Sandown. The site, as previous Cookhouse & Pubs, features an open theatre kitchen, large breakfast counter and an impressive bar serving a selection of cask ales and cocktails. Large group dining tables, private single booths and family dining areas all compliment each other in style, comfort and atmosphere with the use of warm leathers and calming green tones, reflecting the natural inspiration and honest approach of the new concept.
