The Fat Badger, York
An evolution of The Fat Badger brand, this dark and moody revamp for one of York's most well-known pubs has captured the local's hearts.
Bespoke artwork and heritage colours line the walls of this historic pub. Original feature seating and tables have been restored to their former glory and complemented with rich velvets and classic leathers. Long, narrow corridors and small snugs provide a naturally-intimate space, juxtaposed with The Fat Badger charm. To the first floor, bedrooms were given new life, with traditional bedframes, vibrant cushions and throws and quirky bedside lamps, complete with tassels.
